The role offers early responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers, clients and investors, working on a broad range of sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates across the Business Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Actively involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution.
- Prepare and present business plans, information memoranda and valuation materials.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Play an active role in business development initiatives, supporting origination efforts and contributing to the team’s growth.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience.
- ACA qualification.
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in small, high‑performing teams.
- Self‑starter with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and positive, can‑do attitude.
