Counter Staff – Visa & Passport Processing

Assists clients at the counter with visa and passport applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately. Provides guidance throughout the application process and addresses customer inquiries.

Front Office Staff – Visa and Passport Services

Greets and directs clients, provides information on visa and passport services, and assists with document submission. Manages appointment scheduling and maintains an organized front office.
