Alan Photo is seeking an Operation Integration Specialist (Regional) to support its Singapore headquarters and upcoming business expansion into Indonesia. This role is based in Singapore and will work closely with senior management to design, implement, and operationalise ERP‑driven workflows, inventory controls, and warehouse processes, while preparing the operational foundation for Indonesia‑based business activities.
The role requires hands‑on involvement in cross‑border operational setup, ERP configuration, and inventory management processes that must align with Indonesia’s operating practices and market conditions. This role also requires strong data analytical skills (Excel/Tableau) to develop periodic reporting dashboards for management, covering sales performance, inventory, and other operational reviews. In collaboration with management, set, review, and monitor sales targets, driving the company toward more data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Design, document, and implement end‑to‑end operational SOPs across sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse functions at Singapore HQ.
- Lead ERP system implementation and configuration (e.g. HashMicro), including master data setup, workflow testing, reporting, and system optimisation.
- Analyse sales, purchasing, and inventory data to improve stock planning, inventory turnover, and demand forecasting.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse management, including stock movement, reconciliation, and controls.
- Support Indonesia expansion readiness, including designing operational workflows aligned with Indonesia business practices and preparing ERP structures to support Indonesia‑based operations.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure operational alignment with Indonesia regulatory, logistical, and operational realities.
- Support cross‑border operational coordination between Singapore HQ and Indonesia‑based stakeholders.
- Develop operational dashboards and analytics to support management decision‑making across both Singapore and Indonesia operations.
- Develop periodic reporting dashboards for management, covering sales performance, inventory, and other operational reviews for both countries.
- Together with management, set, review & monitor sales targets for both Singapore & Indonesia.
- Degree or Diploma in Related fields.
- Strong experience in operations, inventory management, ERP implementation, or warehouse management (FMCG/other similar trades dealing with a lot of SKUs).
- Advanced Excel/PowerBI/Tableau.
- Hands‑on experience supporting ERP‑driven operational setup & developing business process SOP/workflow chart.
- Experience working on Indonesia‑related operations or projects is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Indonesia business practices, operational workflows, or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Required to handle Indonesian vendors, suppliers & employees (including gojek/lalamove drivers).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
