Looking to accelerate your corporate finance career in a global advisory powerhouse? Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join their high-performing Corporate Finance team. With a strong foothold in the Consumer and Industrials sectors, this team advises a wide range of clients—from corporates and management teams to private equity, hedge funds, and lenders—on strategic M&A, valuations, debt and equity fundraising, and more.
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, from sale documentation and buyer outreach to due diligence and contract negotiation.
- Oversee and review complex financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
- Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports.
- Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data.
- Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives.
- Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing.
Significant corporate finance experience, ideally with a blend of traditional and special situations M&A. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex data and tight deadlines. Hands-on experience in team leadership, coaching, and career development.
