With a strong foothold in the Consumer and Industrials sectors, this team advises a wide range of clients on strategic M&A, valuations, debt and equity fundraising, and more.

The Role
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, from sale documentation and buyer outreach to due diligence and contract negotiation.
- Oversee and review complex financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
- Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports.
- Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data.
- Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives.
- Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing.
- Act as a key liaison with other service lines across the business.
What We’re Looking For
