An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a prestigious US mid-market investment bank with a strong and growing London presence. Due to a sharp increase in deal activity, the FIG team is expanding—and we’re looking for a Vice President with deep sector experience in Banks and Asset & Wealth Management to join the M&A advisory practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading M&A sell-side processes
  • Creating and presenting financial models, valuations, and business plans
  • Preparing marketing materials and pitchbooks
  • Managing due diligence and client communications
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Contributing to new business generation and sector insights

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years’ M&A experience from an advisory boutique, FIG-focused bank, or Big 4 Corporate Finance
  • Proven execution skills in FIG, particularly Banks and Asset/Wealth Management
  • Exceptional financial analysis and presentation skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in complex situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client rapport
  • Drive, self-discipline, and a collaborative approach
