An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a prestigious US mid-market investment bank with a strong and growing London presence. Due to a sharp increase in deal activity, the FIG team is expanding—and we’re looking for a Vice President with deep sector experience in Banks and Asset & Wealth Management to join the M&A advisory practice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading M&A sell-side processes
- Creating and presenting financial models, valuations, and business plans
- Preparing marketing materials and pitchbooks
- Managing due diligence and client communications
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Contributing to new business generation and sector insights
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years’ M&A experience from an advisory boutique, FIG-focused bank, or Big 4 Corporate Finance
- Proven execution skills in FIG, particularly Banks and Asset/Wealth Management
- Exceptional financial analysis and presentation skills
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in complex situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and client rapport
- Drive, self-discipline, and a collaborative approach
