The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager / Vice President with 7–9 years of Corporate Finance or M&A experience and a strong background in the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting M&A transactions from origination through to execution
- Producing company valuations and detailed financial models
- Preparing compelling materials for clients and internal stakeholders
- Attending meetings and engaging with clients and third-party advisors
- Conducting deep-dive market and sector analyses to identify new opportunities
- Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture
