Project Finance AD

Our client is the London office of a European lending bank, with a very successful Project Finance team focused on the Renewables (solar, wind and energy transition) and Digital Infrastructure sectors. Due to promotions and other team moves, they are looking to hire a junior into the team.

Key Role:

• Substantial deal flow
• Hands on involvement on the full deal cycle from day one
• Support the acquisition of new business in the UK
• Prepare credit applications and internal ratings for new transactions
• To analyse project-related documents such as diligence reports, and create the financial model
• To take part in the negotiations of the credit documentation
• A lean team structure working very closely alongside well respected seniors
• Good work life balance

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be/have :

• Degree educated
• 3-5 years Project Finance or similar experience
• Strong modelling skills. Ability to build and work with infrastructure models in particular
• Knowledge and interest of the Infrastructure sector
• At least a basic understanding of German language is desirable
