We are a well established and successful recruitment consultancy which specialises in the front office investment banking sector. We work with our clients on a contingency and search basis, and our ethos is based on building long term, honest relationships with both our candidates and clients. Our office is based in Oxted, Surrey and we are a small team of experienced consultants working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. There is flexibility for full or part time hours.
We are looking for a consultant to join our team working closely with the consultants to source candidates for our M&A and Capital Markets mandates. The role will involve:
- Reviewing advert responses on LinkedIn Recruiter
- Telephone interviewing and pre-screening candidates
- Adding candidates to our Bullhorn CRM
- Keeping in touch with candidates
- Briefing consultants on candidates
- Managing sourcing projects for retained mandates and targeted searches
- Approaching potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Mapping projects to identify potential candidates
- Supporting consultants with job management
- Maintaining up to date records on Bullhorn
- CV formatting
For this key role, we need someone with:
- Some recruitment experience, either in a consultancy or in house
- An understanding of the front office investment banking sector
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Professional phone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough eye for detail
