Your Role
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing M&A and Capital Raise transactions. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to high-value sf high-profile deals and senior-level client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build detailed models and analyse investment opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Work closely with senior bankers on structuring and executing transactions.
- Client Engagement: Prepare presentations, attend meetings, and collaborate with clients and third-party advisors.
- Industry & Market Research: Provide insights into trends across real estate sectors.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a supportive and high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years\’ experience in Investment Banking, M&A.
- Strong financial modelling & analytical skills, must be able to ‘hold the pen’ on the financial model.
- Passion for real estate and digital infrastructure sectors.
- A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, with confidence in client interactions.
