M&A Associate – Industrial Sector | London Office

What You'll Do
As an M&A Associate, you will play a key role in every stage of the deal process, including:
- Origination Support: Conduct sector-specific research and contribute to business development initiatives
- Client Materials: Create pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Valuation: Apply DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and trading comps to support deal execution
- Execution: Manage internal workflows and coordinate directly with clients, investors, and advisors
- Client Exposure: Gain C-level client interaction and senior team engagement from day one
What We’re Looking For
We want ambitious, analytically minded team players who bring:
- Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier university, with strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of M&A advisory experience (bulge bracket, boutique, or Big 4)
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Structured, analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and presentation ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high work ethic
- Languages:
- Fluency in both English and German is required
- Additional European language skills are a plus
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available for this role)
