Key Responsibilities:- Execute M&A sell-side mandates and support origination of new business opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze financial models, projections, and business plans.
- Coordinate and conduct detailed business due diligence.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks and management presentations.
- Perform valuations for companies and business units.
- Assist in planning and execution of M&A transactions.
