What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a core role in originating and executing complex M&A deals within energy transition and infrastructure, including:
- Leading key workstreams across all deal stages
- Preparing and presenting insightful business cases and financial analysis
- Conducting detailed due diligence on commercial and financial risks
- Drafting investor materials, pitch decks, and announcements
- Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA qualified, with at least one year of post-qualification experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or financial advisory
- Exposure to the renewables, energy transition, or infrastructure sectors
