The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented M&A Analyst with a passion for infrastructure and renewables. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in financial modelling who is looking to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.

You’ll contribute to live transactions from day one, working alongside inclusive and inspiring senior professionals who are invested in your development. Whether you\’re refining models or collaborating with clients, you\’ll be making a real impact on deals that shape the future of sustainable infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and support complex financial models and company valuations
• Prepare polished, client-ready presentation materials
• Work closely with senior team members in strategy discussions, due diligence, and client meetings
• Conduct market and sector research to help identify new opportunities
• Support performance and statistical analysis across live and potential deals
• Thrive in a collaborative, inclusive team environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in financial modelling or corporate finance within Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities.
• Strong technical skills; experience with debt sizing and sculpting modelling is a plus
• A proactive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
• A genuine interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and making a positive impact
