This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside high-calibre senior MDs on high-profile deals in the Financial Services and Fintech sectors, gaining exposure across a range of subsectors in the upper mid-market space.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Build financial models and perform valuations

✔️ Prepare marketing materials (IMs, presentations, etc.)

✔️ Contribute to live deals, Q&A processes, and bid coordination

✔️ Support buy-side/sell-side mandates and strategic reviews

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 2+ years’ M&A experience at an investment bank or elite boutique OR

🔹 ACA-qualified (first-time passes) from a Big 4 firm with 1+ year PQE in Transaction Services or Valuations

🔹 Minimum 2:1 degree from a top-tier Red Brick university

🔹 Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

🔹 High attention to detail and professionalism
