My client is looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate with 4 -6 years of M&A execution experience.
- Support the execution of M&A mandates and originate new business development leads
- Analyse and explain historical and projected financial information and business plans of target companies
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials: management presentations, pitches, and other client-facing documents
- Conduct company valuations and financial analyses
- Assist in the planning and marketing of M&A engagements
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, adherence to firm standards, and their professional development
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of M&A deal execution experience ideally from Big 4 corporate finance/M&A team
- Proven track record of completing multiple M&A transactions from pitch to close
- Experience in the Technology sector is desirable
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple M&A workstreams simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen, capable of valuing companies based on financial profile, strategic fit, and market attractiveness
- Able to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities
