Their Chemicals M&A team is led by a highly respected senior leadership group with a strong track record across mid-market transactions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a well-established and dynamic team. You’ll play a central role across the full deal lifecycle—originating, analysing, and executing transactions—gaining significant exposure and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Build detailed financial models and perform company valuations
- Prepare high-quality client and internal presentation materials
- Participate in client meetings and coordinate with external advisors
- Conduct market, sector, and investment analysis
- Analyse fund and business performance metrics
- Work collaboratively to deliver best-in-class outcomes
- 4–5 years’ M&A / Corporate Finance experience within an investment bank or advisory boutique
