Our client is a leading mid-market investment bank operating across the UK and Europe, providing high-quality M&A, ECM, and debt advisory services. Their FIG team is led by a highly respected senior MD with a strong track record in originating and executing mid-market Fintech transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to join a growing, high-performing team. Ideal candidates will be someone with 2 – 3 years of mid market M&A execution experience from an investment bank. You’ll be at the heart of the deal process—originating, analysing, and executing transactions rather than working from the sidelines. Experience or strong interest in the fintech sector is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct company valuations and build detailed financial models
  • Prepare materials for client and internal presentations
  • Attend client meetings and liaise with third-party advisors
  • Perform market, segment, and sector analysis for investment opportunities
