Our client is a leading mid‐market investment bank operating across the UK and Europe, providing high‐quality M&A, ECM, and debt advisory services. The M&A team is led by a highly respected senior leadership group with a strong track record in originating and executing mid‐market transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to join a well‐established, high‐performing team. Ideal candidates will be an individual with relevant M&A experience from an investment bank. You will be at the heart of the deal process—originating, analysing, and executing transactions rather than working from the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct company valuations and build detailed financial models
  • Prepare materials for client and internal presentations
  • Attend client meetings and liaise with third‐party advisors
  • Perform market, segment, and sector analysis for investment opportunities
  • Produce statistical analyses of fund and business performance
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high‐quality outcomes
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Must have 1–3 years of relevant M&A Corporate Finance experience within an investment bank
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including three‐statement analysis
  • Exceptional financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills
  • Proactive, self‐starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in time‐sensitive, high‐pressure environments
