Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Healthcare and MedTech M&A mandates and originate new business development leads
- Coordinate and perform business due diligence across live transactions
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials: management presentations, pitchbooks, teasers, and other client-facing documents
- Conduct company valuations and financial analyses (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, accretion/dilution)
- Assist in the planning, marketing, and positioning of M&A engagements
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, adherence to firm standards, and their professional development
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of M&A deal execution experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 corporate finance / M&A team
- Experience in the following sectors is desirable – Healthcare, Tech, Business Services or Consumer.
- Proven track record of completing multiple M&A transactions from pitch to close
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple M&A workstreams simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to value healthcare companies based on financial profile, strategic fit, and market attractiveness
- Ability to work effectively in complex situations and deliver results under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to innovate
- Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic; able to drive internal and transaction-related initiatives
