We are a well established and successful recruitment consultancy which specialises in the front office investment banking sector. We work with our clients on a contingency and search basis, and our ethos is based on building long term, honest relationships with both our candidates and clients. Our office is based in Oxted, Surrey and we are a small team of experienced consultants working 3 or 4 days in the office and 2 days from home. There is flexibility for full or part time hours.
We are looking for an administrator to join our team covering:
- CV formatting using MSWord
- Database administration – using Bullhorn to update candidate and client records
- Consultant support with telephone calls and interview organisation
- Keeping in touch with candidates
- Reviewing advert responses on LinkedIn Recruiter
- Telephone interviewing and pre-screening junior candidates
- Adding candidates and maintaining up to date record to our Bullhorn CRM
- Briefing consultants on candidates
- Project work – research mapping and approaching potential candidates on LinkedIn
- Using LinkedIn to keep up to date with the market and our clients
For this key support role, we need someone with:
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Professional phone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough eye for detail
- Some recruitment experience, either in a consultancy or in house
- Degree level education
- A proactive attitude and a team player
