My client is a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm with offices globally focusing on Real Assets, Sustainability and Essential Services and provides corporate finance advise to their clients within the Real Estate, Social Infrastructure and Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work within an established team that covers projects within the Residential, Real Estate, Education and Social Infrastructure sectors.

The main purpose of the role is to:

• Involved in supporting a range of live projects
• Assisting in building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with clients
• Contributing to client reports and presentations, including preparation for and participation in client meetings.
• Assisting with providing clear, detailed and robust quantitative advice, using financial models tailored to the specific advisory context.
• Responsible for managing financial data on valuation models
• Building relationships with investors and lenders, supporting the team in representing clients and delivering high-quality advice.
• More generally assist the team with ad hoc tasks and requests.

Person Specification & Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate (2:1 minimum)
• Must have an interest in Social Housing / Affordable Housing sector
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills
• Keen interest in finance and investment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driven, committed, curious, technically-strong, team player, and able to take initiatives
