Join a fast-growing M&A platform working on a vast number of live deals across Europe, with the long-term vision of carving out a standalone tech-focused investment bank. We’re looking for a Senior Associate with strong M&A credentials who’s ready to take the lead on transactions and help shape our future in the Tech sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and execute end-to-end M&A transactions (£50m – £300m EV range)
- Report directly to the Principal and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Manage deal processes and financial modelling with full client ownership
- Focus on Tech verticals: SaaS, Software, HealthTech, FinTech
- Contribute to market research, deal origination, and team development
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years’ experience in M&A (from investment banking, boutique advisory, or PE)
- Proven track record with 3–5+ closed M&A deals
- Financially strong and execution-oriented – someone who can run a deal
- Trained in best-in-class M&A processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and keen to grow with us
- Work on high-impact Tech deals across Europe
- Be part of a high-calibre team building something long-term
- Clear pathway to senior roles as we grow the platform
