Responsibilities Prepare compelling marketing materials and pitchbooks that win business.
Build and review detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis.
Create clear, insightful presentations and information memoranda.
Stay informed on debt market developments and transaction activity.
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
Build your network across private equity, advisory, and legal circles.
Qualifications A strong academic background (2.1 or above or equivalent).
Required Skills Experience in one or more of: debt advisory, leveraged finance, investment banking, commercial banking, working on mid to large cap transactions with Private Equity clients Excellent Excel modelling and communication skills - including Power Point and Word.
A strong work ethic, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
The ability to juggle multiple workstreams with professionalism and calm under pressure.
A team-first mindset, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
