- Support senior leadership with deal origination and ongoing business development.
- Contribute to the firm’s strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Track record in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services, with completed UK public market deals.
- Experience engaging investors and articulating investment cases within broking or fundraising processes.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and transaction structuring skills.
- Deep understanding of equity markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you effortlessly produce top-tier client materials.
- Professional qualifications (ACA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- Sector experience in natural resources, energy, or technology is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive with a high degree of independence.
They prize ambition, collaboration, and initiative—a supportive place where you can truly grow and take ownership of your work. If you’re ready to take your corporate finance career to the next level within a progressive, hands-on team, we would love to hear from you.
