Responsibilities

  • Prepare compelling marketing materials and pitchbooks that win business.
  • Build and review detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis.
  • Create clear, insightful presentations and information memoranda.
  • Stay informed on debt market developments and transaction activity.
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Build your network across private equity, advisory, and legal circles.

Qualifications

  • A strong academic background (2.1 or above or equivalent).

Required Skills

  • Experience in one or more of: debt advisory, leveraged finance, investment banking, commercial banking, working on mid to large cap transactions with Private Equity clients.
  • Excellent Excel modelling and communication skills - including PowerPoint and Word.
  • A strong work ethic, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple workstreams with professionalism and calm under pressure.
  • A team-first mindset, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
