They are bringing to market a new Valuation Services business. The Opportunity You will be a core member of the Valuation Services team advising clients on a range of valuation related matters in the context of corporate finance, M&A transactions, restructuring situations, shareholder disputes, litigation, financial reporting and tax. You will manage and deliver projects focusing on the valuation of companies, investments, assets and intellectual property across a diverse range of industries, working within a team of highly professional valuation and corporate finance specialists. You will be responsible for: Conducting valuation analysis of subject companies, assets and investments using best-practice methodologies and techniques Performing industry, company, and economic research to inform valuations utilising subscription data providers and publicly available information Preparing valuation reports and schedules and discussing with/presenting to clients Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients Assisting with a variety of marketing and business development activities Assisting with practice development, including training and development pathways, tool kits and service providers Managing a variety of workstreams simultaneously, both engagement projects and developing the business Person Specification The successful applicant will have: At least 3 years’ experience working within a similar valuation environmentat a leading organisation Degree educated with a minimum of 2.1 at a good university Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others Appetite to contribute to and learn within a new business environment Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. #J-18808-Ljbffr
