Both brands form part of Stellantis, one of the world’s leading automotive groups. We are looking for a qualified Service Technician / Master Technician to join our growing Aftersales team in Elgin. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our technical department, working with modern vehicle technology, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and fully electric vehicles. You will also receive ongoing manufacturer training to support your career progression. *Key Responsibilities* * Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs * Diagnose faults accurately and complete high-quality repairs * Aim to achieve first-time fixes for customers * Record feedback and resolutions through manufacturer technical platforms * Continue developing your knowledge of new technology, including hybrid and electric vehicles * Demonstrate best practice and share technical knowledge with colleagues * Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop *What We’re Looking For* * A recognised NVQ qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI, City & Guilds or an equivalent provider * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * An air-conditioning qualification – preferred * Previous franchise experience – desirable but not essential * Previous EV or hybrid training – advantageous, although full training can be provided * A positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing and sharing technical knowledge * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team *What We Offer* * A competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000 per year * Bonus scheme * 40-hour working week * Monday-to-Friday working pattern with no weekends * 28 days’ annual holiday * Employer pension scheme * Access to Stellantis Academy training facilities * Ongoing manufacturer and technical training * On-site parking * A supportive and professional working environment *Location:* *Alan Milne* 4 Linkwood Place Elgin IV30 1HZ Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Elgin or be willing to relocate before starting the role. *Interested?* If you have the qualifications, experience and enthusiasm to join our Aftersales team, we would love to hear from you.
