Alan Lee Independent Estate Agents (Alan Lee Ltd.) is an independent agency known for our personal touch, strong ethics, and attention to detail across SK10 & SK11. We’re looking for a Sales Negotiator to support the running of the business day-to-day while protecting the strong reputation we’ve built. We do things differently; targets and KPI’s are not our priority, customer service is our main focus.

The role

  • You’ll be office-based at 19a Church Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6LB, with regular local travel to listed properties (and occasional working from home if conditions require).
  • Training provided by experienced company directors.
  • Conducting and attending viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and managing buyer/seller expectations.
  • Sales progression from offer agreed through to completion.
  • Handling phone enquiries, messages, and viewing feedback.
  • Booking appointments and updating records on our systems.
  • Office organisation: keys, filing, stationery, and general admin.
  • Canvassing and proactive local activity.

Hours

Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:30pm + every other Saturday (with a day off in the week) 9:00am–4:00pm.

What we’re looking for

  • Organised, reliable, and detail-focused.
  • Comfortable juggling tasks in a busy office.
  • Happy to travel locally for viewings.
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-first.
  • Driver's license and car.

Pay

Starting at ÂŁ24,000 before bonuses and travel expenses. Negotiable on experience.
