The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Spray Finisher to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in the full finishing process, working on a variety of bespoke pieces rather than repetitive production work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every item leaves the workshop with a clean, consistent, high‑quality finish that reflects the standard of our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Aiding the workshop team with preparing, sanding, and priming furniture to a high standard
- Applying sprayed finishes including paints, lacquers, and stains
- Achieving smooth, even coatings and consistent colour matching
- Inspecting work and maintaining strong quality control throughout
- Keeping the spray area organised, safe, and efficient
- Keeping up to date with the latest products, materials and finishing techniques
- Working closely with the workshop team to keep projects moving
About You
- Proven experience as a spray finisher in furniture, joinery, or similar
- Good understanding of finishing systems and spray techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Practical, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
- Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
