We’re now seeking a Senior Underwriter to lead our Agricultural Farm Team—someone with the expertise, drive, and vision to grow our farm portfolio and mentor the next generation of underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth across designated farm schemes through strategic underwriting
Lead technical and trading development within the team
Strengthen broker relationships and identify new business opportunities
Manage insurer partnerships and ensure alignment across all schemes
Negotiate and issue New Business, MTAs, and Renewals within agreed parameters
Coach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence
Represent the Glemham brand with professionalism and pride

Strong understanding of underwriting principles, insurance products, and market practices
