You will:
- Support Head of Private Clients manage a portfolio of client insurance plans in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures.
- Build strong personal relationships with our private clients to help with their insurance needs.
- Cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects.
- Provide first class advice for our customer’s general insurance needs.
This opportunity:
- Full-Time specialist in our High-Net-Worth team.
- Office-Based with flexibility.
- HNW Insurance or Personal Lines experience is required, preferably as an insurance adviser or handler.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Strong foundation and continually update and enhance your knowledge in the products we offer and our processes. Previous experience in a HNW or Personal Lines insurance environment is essential.
- Communication Skills: The most suitable candidates will need to have good communication and administrative skills and attention to detail is paramount. Use a range of communication skills in an effective manner at the right time.
- Customer Focus: Enjoy working in a customer-oriented environment and embrace change. Excel at building rapport and respect with our customers through excellent telephone manner and written communication.
- Technical knowledge: MS Office, Outlook, broker IT systems, softphones, insurer systems and portals.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of work and an ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Accuracy: Provide correct and detailed information to our customers and ensure all documentation reflects this.
- Organisation: Be able to self-manage own workflow with the book of business.
- Decision making: Decide what products are best for our customers, be able to think on your feet, be resourceful and refer when necessary.
- Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, the leadership team and help build a strong team spirit.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, insurers and colleagues.
- Learning: Have an ability to learn quickly and retain information of a wide number of products and procedures. Be able to work with feedback to grow and develop.
Qualifications and experience:
- CII qualifications preferred but not essential.
- 2+ years of insurance experience.
