Reporting to the SVP, Global Revenue, you’ll be responsible for driving online revenue, optimising the customer experience and ensuring our eCommerce strategy is tightly aligned with Marketing, SEO, Data and Product & Tech. This role goes beyond day-to-day trading. You’ll combine commercial instinct with a strong growth mindset, influencing teams across the business and ensuring eCommerce plays a central role in delivering sustainable revenue growth.

  • Partnering closely with SEO, Marketing, Enablement and Product & Tech teams to align strategy and execution
  • Working with Marketing and Enablement to shape and deliver acquisition and retention strategies
  • Ensuring accurate pricing, packaging and promotional activity across the platform
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, using feedback and data to inform improvements
  • Leading data-driven initiatives including A/B testing, UX optimisation and site performance improvements
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on key eCommerce KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV and churn
  • Collaborating with Finance and senior leadership to ensure eCommerce strategy and KPIs are commercially sound
  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Staying up to date with B2B eCommerce trends, tools and best practice

About you:

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong commercial acumen alongside deep eCommerce experience. You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and using data to guide decision-making. You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce analytics, performance reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A commercially driven, data-led approach
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting to change

What we offer:
