ALAM MINI MARKET LTD. is recruiting a Retail Supermarket Manager in Northampton, England. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position offering a salary of £36,500–£41,700 per annum and 37.5 working hours per week, including weekends as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, supermarket or grocery management
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Experience in stock control and supplier management
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene legislation
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is recommended
