The Housing Administrator will work for the Salisbury Trust for the Homeless staff team to deliver an excellent housing management service across a diverse portfolio of supported housing management accommodation in the Salisbury area. You will be responsible for delivering void management, allocations, tenancy and income collection services to our customers using a person-centred approach and resolving issues at the first point of contact.
22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday flexible across the week to meet the needs of the service and candidate. In return we are offering an annual salary of £14,870.70. Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
