As a Private Client Services Client Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for all steps in the processing of: Evidence of Property/Binders/ID cards, Invoicing/Accounting, Endorsements, Applications, Electronic file maintenance, Account rounding
- Effectively assist clients with coverage issues and changes
- Manage limited new business sales
- Manage the marketing process
- Follow up and handle aged receivables
- Conduct verbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies

- 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service and relations
- Able to research and analyze problems independently
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasked and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
- Able to self-check for accuracy
- Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System
- Must have Property & Casualty resident agent's license or obtain within 90 days
