As a Private Client Services Client Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for all steps in the processing of: Evidence of Property/Binders/ID cards, Invoicing/Accounting, Endorsements, Applications, Electronic file maintenance, Account rounding
  • Effectively assist clients with coverage issues and changes
  • Manage limited new business sales
  • Manage the marketing process
  • Follow up and handle aged receivables
  • Conduct verbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies

  • 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven customer service and relations
  • Able to research and analyze problems independently
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasked and detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
  • Able to self-check for accuracy
  • Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System
  • Must have Property & Casualty resident agent's license or obtain within 90 days
