As a Technical Tender Manager in our Customer Engineering team, you lead the technical coordination of complex tender opportunities and help define solutions for major power transmission projects. Based in Stafford in a hybrid role, you work at the centre of technical decision‑making during the tender phase, bring together multidisciplinary teams, guide the development of robust and competitive solutions, and act as a trusted technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- You lead the technical coordination of large and complex tenders, shaping high‑value solutions from an early stage and ensuring engineering activities are delivered to time, quality, and scope expectations.
- Act as the main technical contact for customers during the tender phase.
- Define the technical scope and coordinate engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.
