Job Description Summary
Provide the analytical and governance for the Manufacturing S&OP process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle.
- Prepare Demand Review and Supply Review inputs.
- Consolidate demand, capacity, backlog and manufacturing data.
- Maintain S&OP dashboards and KPIs.
- Identify demand/supply gaps and risks.
- Prepare Executive S&OP material.
- Track decisions, actions and escalations.
- Standardize S&OP reporting across Manufacturing Units.
- Support scenario analysis and what if simulations.
- Review Planning

Candidate Requirements
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
Years of Experience Minimum: 2–4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
Ideal: Experience specifically within an S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
Technical Skills & Background
SOP Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end S&OP cycle, including the integration of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and financial alignment.
Data Analytics & Modeling: Advanced proficiency in data consolidation and manipulation. Ability to perform "what-if" scenario analysis and simulation modeling to identify supply/demand gaps.
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for building and maintaining executive-level dashboards.
Reporting: Proven ability to synthesize complex operational data into concise, high-level presentations for executive leadership.
