What you’ll do:
- Lead on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty activities for power transformers.
- Own your part in site execution — from unloading and erection to oil processing, testing, and handover — with safety as the top priority.
- Act as the technical lead with customers, project managers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Prepare and manage site documentation including RAMS, NCRs, technical reports, and commissioning records.
- Coach and coordinate site teams to build capability and ensure quality delivery.
- Support tenders and long-term service contracts with strong technical input.
What you bring:
- Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Strong hands-on experience with power transformer commissioning and site activities — HVDC experience.
- Proven ability to co-ordinate site teams, support customers, and solve problems under pressure.
- Solid understanding of field services, construction sites, and EHS requirements.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel globally.
