Job Description Summary
As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring that assembly, inspection, and testing are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will apply Lean manufacturing principles to meet production goals while adhering to precise specifications, instructions, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Follow EHS protocols and safe working procedures.
- Product Assembly: Build, test, and repair products according to manufacturing plans and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets standard operating instructions.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently within defined processes and propose improvements.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and participate in 5S audits.
- Support: Contribute to productivity and efficiency KPIs and support other manufacturing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
