We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our exciting new restaurant opening in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to build and lead a talented team, develop outstanding Italian cuisine, and play a key role in launching a new dining destination.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive, proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality Italian restaurants.
- Outstanding knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, including fresh pasta, regional specialties and seasonal menus.
- Strong expertise in food cost control, GP management, stock control and waste reduction.
- Experience creating profitable menus while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate a kitchen team.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
