We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Biometrics Recruiter to join our high-performing team at AL Solutions.
You’ll step into a warm desk with existing clients and roles, allowing you to make an impact from day one. Working closely with one of our top billers and mentors, you’ll receive hands-on support, training, and guidance to elevate your career to the next level.
Biometrics is at the heart of AL Solutions—it\’s where our success began, led by our CEO, Alexander Antoniou, who brings over a decade of deep expertise in the space.

Requirements:
- Experience in business development and client acquisition
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Demonstrate the ability to autonomously manage and drive success in their professional domain.
- Extensive network within the industry/sector, leveraging connections for strategic placements.
- In-depth understanding and awareness of market trends, allowing for informed decision-making.
- A proactive mindset towards learning, readily embracing new challenges to broaden expertise and adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
- A positive, can-do attitude that fosters collaboration, resilience, and innovative problem-solving, contributing to a dynamic team environment.
