We are partnering with a leading global CRO to hire an experienced Proposal & Contracts Specialist to support proposal development, bid grid creation, and contract activities across international clinical research projects. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and develop proposal text and bid grids for clinical trial opportunities
- Support contract and pricing activities across multiple studies and sponsors
- Lead and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and departmental leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, business development, and clinical teams
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely proposal submissions
Requirements
- Previous CRO experience is essential
- Proven experience drafting bid grids and authoring proposal content
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
