We are partnering with a leading global CRO to hire an experienced Proposal & Contracts Specialist to support proposal development, bid grid creation, and contract activities across international clinical research projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and can confidently manage proposal processes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and develop proposal text and bid grids for clinical trial opportunities
  • Support contract and pricing activities across multiple studies and sponsors
  • Lead and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and departmental leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, business development, and clinical teams
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely proposal submissions

Requirements

  • Previous CRO experience is essential
  • Proven experience drafting bid grids and authoring proposal content
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
