I'm working with a leading CRO of 3,000+ employees across the UK, who are urgently seeking Interim HR support. This is a 3–6 month contract with a strong potential to go permanent for the right fit.
You’ll be stepping in for a departing HR Manager and joining a supportive team of 3 HR Managers and around 10 HR Advisors. The HR Advisors handle the day-to-day, while the HR Managers focus on broader strategic areas such as:
- Organisational structure
- Mid-year performance reviews
- Employee relations and casework
- People processes and continuous improvement initiatives
I'm looking for someone with 3–5 years experience who’s confident managing ER cases and supporting change would be a great fit.
