A growing, global CDMO specializing in complex APIs and peptides is looking for a high-impact Director of Sales and Marketing to shape and lead its commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global sales and marketing plans across CDMO services.
• Drive new business, with a focus on large pharma clients and strategic partnerships.
• Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with technical capabilities.
• Manage and grow a high-performing commercial team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in sales, marketing, or business development within life sciences or CDMO.
• Proven success selling into large pharma and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong background in digital marketing and social media.
• Deep understanding of the drug development and outsourcing landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
