Pure Offices in Nottingham provides office accommodation and meeting room facilities to a number of businesses. We are looking for a Centre Assistant to work as part of the team at this thriving business centre.
We require someone with a positive, friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills as the position is client facing. The role will involve:
- Working on reception, welcoming clients and visitors to the centre
- Dealing with meeting room bookings
- General administration
- Ensuring the centre is presentable, safe and a pleasant environment to work in
You will be the first point of contact very often, so a friendly helpful manner is essential as is a smart appearance and a positive attitude. As well as great customer service skills, you will be able to demonstrate you are organised, methodical, with good attention to detail, able to deal calmly with problems and work off your own initiative.
You will be part of a small friendly on-site team, who aim to always give first-class customer service. You will have the ability and enthusiasm to take on new tasks as they may arise and be willing to turn your hand to what is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the centre. The company’s Marketing team are also based at the centre and the role will involve supporting them from an administration perspective also.
The role will be extremely varied and no one day will be the same. Primarily the role will be to support and help the Centre and Marketing team and ensure the smooth running and continued success of Pure Offices in Nottingham.
Benefits Package (based On Full Time Hours)
- Salary - £14,838 per annum
- Annual leave - 25 Days pa (FTE) (plus bank holidays)
