Purpose of the role
We are looking for talented and ambitious graduates to join our graduate scheme. As a graduate scheme participant, you will receive comprehensive training and development to help you become a successful professional in your chosen field. In the first year, you will be assigned a specific department, either IT or Structured Real Estate, but will have the opportunity to do rotations within different teams, where you will gain exposure to a variety of roles and functions within the department. In the second year, you will have the choice of which team to work and develop your skills in.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing assigned tasks and projects to a high standard
- Participating in training and development activities
- Working within the various teams within either the IT or Structured Real Estate department
- Building relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Learning about the company's operations, culture, and values
- Taking initiative and showing a commitment to your own professional development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participating in ad hoc projects and attending meetings
- Update and follow Personal Development Plans to work towards goals and objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Academic and/or professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Graduated within the last two years
- Completed GCSE and A Level or equivalent qualifications
- Understanding of Financial Services
- Understanding of Islamic Finance (Not essential)
