CREATIVE DESIGNER (JUNIOR TO INTERMEDIATE)

ABOUT AL MARKETING AL Marketing is an award-winning creative agency based just outside of Hertford. We specialise in destination marketing, working with shopping centres, retail destinations and leisure brands to create campaigns, content and experiences that engage audiences and drive results. We're looking for someone who wants to join the team, to contribute ideas, make great work, learn new skills and grow with the agency. THE ROLE We're looking for a Creative Designer to join our team. We're deliberately keeping the level open. You may be a recent graduate with an outstanding portfolio and a hunger to learn, or you may already have agency or client-side experience. What matters most is your creativity, attitude, ability to communicate ideas and willingness to get stuck in. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. You'll be involved in campaign concepts, content creation, presentations, social media, video projects and creative development across a wide range of client work. You'll work closely with the Client Services team, Social Media team and wider agency to help bring ideas to life across multiple channels. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Creative Thinking
