Role Description
This is a remote and on‑site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant. Some events and work tasks may require onsite attendance at our Southampton office, while others can be completed remotely. The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal and administrative processes. If you meet the initial criteria, we will share a full job description at the initial stage to progress to the second stage of selection.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in documentation and administration of legal matters and understanding of legal concepts.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills; digital marketing skills are essential.
- Experience in administrative assistance and organisational skills with content support.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with law firms or legal environments is highly advantageous.
- Age and/or qualifications are no barriers; rather the experience of tasks is the main requirement for this role.
